Authors : What are you working on?

The story I am working on happened 4 years ago. It is about an outing that we took to a local conservation area close to us that turned into a lot more than we were expecting. My hope is to get it finished up by the end of October but my life gets in the way. Times I feel like writing, I can't. When I can, I dont feel like writing. It is also a struggle to remember details that happened several years ago. I depend on my hubby helping me remember those details.

I just published my first story on Lush called The Trailhead this past week. Hoping to publish several more.

Despite not having submitted anything for a while, I have had a few new ideas going concurrently (i.e., reincarnated as a friend's bra, a succubus escort service called Hell's Belles, a couple's foreplay including coordinating their tea with the colour of the girl's underwear, etc). And maybe that's part of the problem. I have a low attention span in general, and having many ideas (both erotic and non-erotic) at the same time is wreaking havoc.

Productive week.

I took off a few days from work to work on a one month video game where I was the writer. Wrote a script for an hour game I was really proud of, and it went so smoothly I had time on my hands.

In a sudden flurry of inspiration, I wanted to do a dirty super hero story. And it just went so fast. I think I spent more time playing with the AI cover than writing, but to be fair it came out awesome.

Before the first chapter was published, I already finished the first draft of the second. I have the series planned out, only another 2-3 chapters to wrap it up. Feels like a good self contained story, and I really like the way my main character develops from a timid sidekick to a bad ass villain.

Also been editing the Steam Bunny series for an Amazon self published release. That may be a week or two out. From there I’m torn. Lots of stuff I want to work on, just not enough time.

Currently in the first pass of editing a gloryhole story. I believe I can have that ready to publish early next month, the latest.

Friday and Saturday nights, I pantsed drafts for two separate tales. Neither draft is complete yet, but it feels good to just pants a draft, which I haven't done in a while. I completed another draft Sunday that I started last month and left at 291 words at that time. Will have to edit the ending when that phase comes as it's too close to another story I published.

Nothing today. My S pen nib broke, so my tablet is out of action and I was feeling motivated 😔 I have a pc, but my HSP (Cousin to ALS) is recently making my desk painful for my legs because I'm short and I can't actually reach the floor with my feet when sitting at it 🫣

Halfway through writing our next story.

And at the same time, making audio versions of our current stories. Our first story now has an audio version.

I've been writing a story about a woman in a psych ward in the 1930s receiving a new electroshock therapy. I promise not to read Fzzzics until after I've submitted it. 🫣

Nothing really. Just my ongoing waste of time that I should pull the plug on. I mean, there's a story there but it's getting built scene by scene and sometimes I write a couple thousand words scene and then decide it doesn't belong or don't know where it belongs. And I still don't entirely know what it is. A romance? Family dramedy? Coming of age? Four hankie weeper or uplifting tale of overcoming Fate?

Now that I finally finished Three Bourbon Slushies and a Beached Mule, I will work on finishing Boardrooms & Boudoirs, as well as tinkering with the last 8 categories I need to have at least two stories in each genre. 😎

Got a second story getting cleared for publishing on Amazon. It was my Steam Bunny series, which I’ve been itching to get back to. Too many ideas, not enough time.

But I really need to lock in on the video game jam. The writing got done quick, and I’ve ended up with the new job of sound editing all the voice acting. It’s a one month project, so it needs to be complete by the end of September. Feeling great about it though, think we may win.

A little flash about differing opinions.

Well, the first episode of my Sex Education Lessons is now out. On the Lush shelves so to speak. I was going to write just a one-off. But the second one came to me as I was penning it. Can't leave it at two so I thought of a third and a fourth. There's quite a lot of room for more but I think six would be ok.

Just the one out at the moment.

Trying to get back into an old project of mine about a female "Robinson Crusoe" living in semi-exile, semi-stranded on a tropical island who meets and befriends ... something. To be honest, it started life as tentacle hentai and might still land there. But I've been trying to go "clean" with it but with some kind of alien or other strange entity on the island who befriends and helps her. Right now, I am finally getting a good map of the island together using an LLM (Claude) and a bit of work on the resulting images using GIMP.

I have 8 more genres to complete the non-existent Double Omnium. I have all 8 stories started. Now I just need to finish something. 🤣

i'm working on the same Damned Thing I've been working on since January. It's annoying, I have such poor attention to detail.
