I was a teenager when I measured and I was 18.5cm which is about 7.5". It felt too big and I worried it would pop out on top of my swimsuit. That was 50 years ago.

Full-size, of course! It does help if they're frosted because they stick together a bit. Plus, there's usually a volunteer to lick off any excess frosting. OK, I really wish this would have been titled how big WERE you at your prime.
