And I am so glad you did.

In addition to updating my avatar, I’ve taken the opportunity to update my profile. My bisexuality has been no secret here on Lush (at least if you’ve read any of my stories or forum posts), but in honor of Pride Month I’ve updated my wording to more proudly claim the “B” in LBGTQ+ for myself.

EDIT 6/6: Updated the avatar to flank the regular Pride flag with some bright pink, purple and blue Bisexual stripes. The standard Bisexual Pride flag is really drab, and I like this much better.

To paraphrase the 11th doctor of Doctor who, Lava Lamps are Cool 😎

I have always been a straight ally. Upon careful introspection of my sexuality, apparently, I am a demisexual as explained by my therapist.

In line with this year's WorldPride theme, The Fabric of Freedom, Singapore's Pink Dot (a nonprofit org consisting of allies and members of the LGBTQIA+ community) and Pink Fest (a public family event) theme, All Together Now. All June. Let's Celebrate Together and the flag colours of demisexuality, here's mine. 🌻

I'm currently working in Amsterdam, where they have an amazing Gay Pride celebration on the canal. Best of luck to all the participants!

Actually, my 'stock' avatar isn't all that bad! Done quite a few years ago, I'm afraid, and could definitely stand to be higher resolution.

I definitely didn't struggle with decision paralysis on this. Absolutely didn't have 20 different options I couldn't pick between. I am strong and decisive... I think I might know why I'm bi.
