Unwatch a topic

I have apparently selected "Watch This Topic" on a forum topic that I'm not really interested in. How do I unwatch the topic I no longer want to follow?

In the header of the thread name and to the far right you will see Options and View .. click Options and you will see Unwatch This Topic. You will get a confirmation box to confirm that action.

That's what I expected, but there is only "Watch" not "Unwatch".
