I like a bit of everything, but I'm partial to spirits and the likes.

I enjoy highballs mostly. For some reason I prefer having a rather large volume to drink rather than just sipping a drink; this is especially true in the summer when I want to hydrate myself. An all-time year-round favorite is Jack and Coke, but I also enjoy all these other ones (some of them being more appropriate in the summertime): gin and tonic, screwdriver, mojito, tequila sunrise, pina colada, etc. Cuba libre (rum and coke) is nice too, but it often tastes like coke more than anything else.

And I also like various other drinks when I'm lounging at home: Irish cream is a favorite, pastis (ie. Ricard) diluted in water is great too. Martinis, kamikazes, margaritas, daiquiris, Bacardi cocktails, ciders, perries, and all the other drinks are fun too for a change.

If I'm with other people I can enjoy wine and beer like everybody else, but I'm neither a great fan nor a connoisseur about them. I absolutely love port wine with cheese or a chocolate dessert though, but this is a bit more occasional (eg. a sophisticated supper with many friends).

Having said that, I'm not really a heavy/regular drinker as so many other people are. I enjoy having a drink or two during the week at home, but this isn't everyday and rarely to the point of getting drunk. Alcohol is also rather caloric, so there's that too: it's more like some kind of occasional treat for me. And I rarely binge on alcohol when I'm out with friends.
Bulleit Bourbon, on the rocks, sipped slowly, to savor the taste. As the ice melts the flavor slowly changes.

Avalanche beer. Except it's $10 a sixpack, so not very often.
Scotch Whiskey- Whyte & Makay- neat no ice as it dilutes the taste.
Beer- Michelob Ultra

Whiskey - Jack Daniels mixed with coke or in shots

Not much of a wine drinker.
Beer - Tennents Lager

Wine - White: New Zealand Chardonnay/Red: Australian Shiraz

Whisky - (Note the spelling it denotes real whisky from the bourbons etc.,) So many Scottish Whiskies to choose from but Talisker/Glenmorangie and Glennfiddich are hard to beat.
“When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.”

Liquor: It depends on the mood! Goslings Black Seal Rum with Coke on the rocks

Crown Black on the rocks or Sailor Jerry with Root beer.
Wine - in a pint glass with a straw
Auchentoshan scotch whiskey, at least 15 years old
