No legs would be sad
Reggie wouldn't have wood,
He'd roll on the floor

OMG! Thanks, I needed a laugh!
I met Jerry Rice at the airport when he was on Dancing with the Stars, and I said "Hey, you're that sports guy!" he said, yes, and sort of laughed. Ok, I am not a Football person, so even though he's like the most famous wide reciever of all time, and 20 years with the Forty Niners. (I found this all out later smile He replied with a smirk and a smile, "Yes, I am..." and then I asked if he played Basket Ball...so, my fellow F/A comes along and says "I'll take over." I step back and then it clicked..."DANCING WITH THE STARS!" I was so excited...omg....

Jim Brown, but I already knew who he was. He was very nice and I got to hold his Superbowl ring. It was heavy!

Snoop Dog (he flew a lot, so I met him a few times)

But, the most famous person was Johnny Cash, I played it cool, thank God.

Others were Sammy Hagar, Bob Eubanks, James Hetfield (I went to school with him).

Oh, and Lee Greenwood
I have seen several of the Oscar Nominees (I have a secret server in my basement ) Kidding, just kidding

LaLa Land....beautiful, fun, sad, good story and super entertaining. IMO not Oscar nominee worthy, it just seems to me like Hollywood is congratulating themselves for being so freaking awesome! Although I LOVE Emma Stone

LION....true story and emotional. Whether it wins or not, it's worth seeing, and heart tugging.

Hidden Figures will sweep IMO. Octavia Spencer is great in everything. It's a sin that most of us never heard of Katherine G. Johnson.

Hacksaw Ridge, again worth seeing. It's about the battle at Okanowa, but even if you don't like war movies, it's worth watching because it is a true story about a 'real' hero.

I still need to see Manchester by the Sea, Fences and Moonlight

Locked threads are now being unlocked... curious... very curious.

Lebanon is on my bucket list.

LOL~ Are you sure it isn't 'Lezbanon? I'm booking my flight right now....
Yes, but bright colors from head (face, ewe) to toe is too much, but some are beautiful if artfully done
My dog has cancer
I love her, shes my friend
my heart is breaking

I think of parents
with children that have cancer
I can't imagine thier pain

So, when my tears come
and they do, I will not lie
I think of those kids

Their families cry
so many more tears than I
I cry for them more

My dog feels so sick
unbearable nausea
her chemo is hard

Small toddlers do
lay sick in hospital beds
Cancer is evil

I wrote this because this is how I feel every time my little dog, Sadie, suffers from the effects of her chemotherapy. I think of human children and their families. How I'm blessed to have never had to suffer the loss of a child, or watch them suffer the way she has. It's made me see how important it is to find a cure soon. No one, especially a child, should have to go through what she does. I love her, but I have perspective and it's really opened my eyes to how sad this disease really is.

This is now your second, if not third thread on this topic, albeit the last one was because a thread had been deleted:

https://www.lushstories.com/forum/yaf_postst53334_Some-info-when-threads-are-deleted-please.aspx

I recall another one but I cannot immediately find it which is a shame because that one got some responses which I believe were very appropriate. The thread above got no posts.

Can you not just accept, and move on, that there are times, when for whatever reason(s), explanations as to why some moderation actions have been taken are not made public.

Really it would appear to be only you that has a wasp in your bonnet about this.

are we to assume that this topic in now off the table for anymore discussions? It bothers my OCD because the other threads are 'February fast approaches' and "January fast approaches' and 'Immigration, the elephant in the room,' but no specific "Why Trump is not my cuppa tea" thread...

**this ammendment to original comment deleted because I changed my mind **
Unfortunately, this shall not silence the masses...i demand a recount of those who voted for this madness... If someone would JUST CALL BATMAN already, we can get the Joker out of the Whitehouse...

Oh, now you know what I have to do....?

Oh man. I am feeling genuine empathy for all the little seeds about to be slaughtered. Is this how being vegan starts?! Poor seedies.

I think there are enough monsters already, but I'm a proper scaredy cat so I would think that.

LOL, can you imagine being a 'honey-tarian'.....and, fun fact, I used to know someone who feared cats like I fear spiders..

Silly mouse

What about fruit and veggies? I'm just imagining very angry farmers killing each other over the last strawberry
As for the oceans, I reckon that we should stop exploring them! Some of the things that live deep down where sunlight doesn't penetrate to are the stuff of nightmares. Imagine what scary monsters they'll find!

Killin' the seeds...murder!

And about those monsters of the deep? (insert evil laughter) they are what I want them to find!

Shrubbery? Killing the leaves that cause photosynthesis...
Honey is the only food that does not require something to die.
Also, our oceans are 75% of or planet and we've only explored 5% (from Ted Talks)

Mine is me. Just me. Mostly b/c when I realised that I needed an avatar, I didn't know that Lush had stock avis and I didn't have the patience to do a Google Image search. So I ran upstairs and took the pic that became my avatar in about 45 seconds with my Nokia 810.

As to showing my face--not in my avatar, no, but a pic of a slightly disheveled version of me is in my gallery, visible to friends.

You're lovely, so you needn't change a thing. It's a very tasteful and artfully done photo

I know about 14 women who all make that claim. I WILL say this. You DO make me wonder. One of those 14, I had to explain to her that the second letter in the name was an "o". not an "a".

I am The Wonder Woman....or is that Wander Woman? (good one! :-)
Fake people = spread rumors for attention and fool some, others can see right through them....

P.S. I really AM wonder woman
