Wow, I haven't heard anything about this. I would expect leading dual lives to be very difficult in an Amish community, due to the communal nature of living and the lack of privacy.

Mennonites, on the other hand, sound to me like a more diverse collection. I'm aware of urban Mennonite churches in multiple cities, and those congregations, at least, are remarkably progressive.

Obviously, when you use it to describe a person, the word “Lesbian” (whether as a noun or an adjective) refers to the person’s orientation. Those usages are exclusive to women who exclusively love women. Linguistic territory (and centuries of oppression) acknowledged.

However, if we are getting technical, it seems to me that when used as an adjective modifying “sex”, then it is describing the sex, not necessarily the participants’ orientation. That’s just how adjectives work.

As pointed out by others, it’s all very analogous to the word “gay.” Put less abstractly, since this point is personal to me as a lifelong bisexual: I do not consider myself gay in orientation, but I enjoy gay sex, and I don’t hesitate to call it that.

Yet another of the bazillion tropes - and one of the oldest ones - in porn that misleads people about real sex. Guys in porn always pull out to prove they came for the camera. It’s performative, period. No other reason. Yes, guys do sometimes enjoy spewing on their lover, but porn is wrong about the degree to which that is true.

Personally, nine times out of ten I would rather cum in someone than on someone. There is literally a word for that: polyandry. Much less common than polygyny (a man having multiple wives), for historical reasons around economics and controlling women, particularly in agrarian societies.

But the concept - and the word - have been around for centuries, and if the world revolved more around honest sexuality, it would be a lot more common. As others have said, most women can outfuck most men. Purely sexually, two men to every women is probably close to an optimal ratio.

I'm not particularly possessive and would probably be okay with it, especially if the other guy were Bi. As a couple others have said above, so many options!

Also, as others have said, you don't need to marry two guys to get the benefits of two guys. If anything, what I hear about open relationships these days is it's often the women seeking it more than the men.

Could be fun, but as darkroot pointed out there is significant risk of disaster. An equitable result may be possible, but equality is impossible in this case, given that she is married to one of you and not to the other. The fact that she's saying she "loves [you] both equally," in direct contrast to this obvious inequality, seems like a red flag. Committing to a trip with someone you haven't met is another one. I do hope it works/has worked out for you, however.

I've chatted with a number of guys here about our shared Bisexual tendencies. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of someday taking one of those connections offline.

That said, whether on Lush or anywhere else on the internet, I would want to first do some live chatting to make sure we like each other and have some rapport. And then meet again, in person, before agreeing to anything physical. Sounds kind of like a date, doesn't it?

As many others have said, unless it's something she's already interested in doing (which, in a strong marriage, you should already know from having talked about your fantasies), there is no "convincing." Trying to do this will only lead to fights and possibly divorce.

Some of my stories get right to the sex, especially if they are continuation chapters in ongoing series. But perhaps because so many of my stories are about male bisexuality, many of them take a while to get there, exploring the building tension between two guys and/or inside their heads.

In bisexual or gay porn, dudes often just start going at it as if that's the most natural thing in the world. But in real life, it's not socially acceptable for that to happen between straight-presenting men, no matter how much they both want to taste another man. Even if a woman is seducing two guys at once, it's not something you can assume that they are both going to be comfortable touching another guy. I mine that hesitancy for dramatic effect over and over again, and "the sex" only happens once one man or other finally wrenches up the courage to make a move, risking whatever might happen next.

Finally got the first draft done of my Obsession comp entry. I got stuck more than once at points where I want to elucidate emotional dimensions, which are critical given the competition theme. Finally, I decided to just write up the damn sex scenes, and then fill in the emotions and turning points, which did the trick. This draft is very rough, but now I can switch to editing mode. Came in just under 6k words. I should easily get it down under 5k, and I'd like to be closer to 4k when it's fully polished. If it weren't a regular story, I'd probably get it published within a week, but for a competition I'll surely take longer.

EDIT, September 8: Published! Secret Sixties came in around 4500 words.

Also have been working on my lesbian Midlife Renewal story. and have it mostly outlined, with much of the initial pre-sex dialogue written. EDIT, September 12: First draft of Tori's Torrid Story is complete.

Really not a fan. I tend to find both men and women more attractive in a fairly natural state, like God made them. I could probably handle a couple of small discreet (and discrete) tatts, but large amounts of ink are a turnoff.

I need to break it to you that if there is one branch of mainstream porn that is LEAST representative of what real people do, it is definitely so-called “lesbian” porn. That stuff is produced to please the young straight male eye and no one else’s. A lot of it is downright farcical.

Which you can learn within 30 seconds from a Google search. There is no end to the webpages talking about how much lesbians hate lesbian porn. It is literally true that many lesbians are far more turned on by gay male porn than lesbian porn. I am not making that up. Again, check the Google if you doubt me.

Couldn’t agree more. I can find cross-dressing men attractive, and I understand there are guys who can’t get excited about someone who has a dick unless they’ve been feminized. Personally, like you I tend to find men who are just being men more attractive. But I have zero problem with people who are into cross-dressing. We’re all wired differently. Do what turns you’re on, as long as you’re not hurting people.

A couple of people have suggested that it’s about dominance. My response is that if it’s about dominance to YOU, then you’re going to assume that’s true for everyone.

But it isn’t. Dominating someone, or being dominated in any way, is one of the biggest turnoffs I can imagine. I’m not judging. It’s just how I’m wired.

Weird?! More like awesome! I can't imagine being able to do that. It usually takes me weeks and weeks to get inspired enough to finish a full first draft. Then I seem to go into binge-editing mode for a week or so (just did - latest story is in review right now), revising over and over again, before I'm ready to publish.

Re: the competition ... I think I have my idea. Remarkably, I came up with this one just a few days ago, before the comp was announced. The category is either Cheating or Mind Control, depending on exactly how it plays out. My initial vision wasn't necessarily obsessive, but 7500 words will give me more than enough room to make it so.

EDIT: after getting the thing outlined, I don’t see it going under Mind Control, “just” Cheating. But it will be obsessive.
