Back by popular demand, is our "Attention Whore" Competition.
The rules are simple, the person with the most UNIQUE profile views in April, will win. The stats are recorded in our server logs, and only unique views count. Visiting your own profile 1 million times, will only increase your unique view count by 1, so don't waste your time!
The idea is to get as many different people to view your profile, as possible.
As the winners have always been women in previous competitions, this time we've decided that there will be 2 x $100 prizes up for grabs, one for men, and one for women.
Although we ultimately end up with other people's profiles and the forums being subtly spammed (!) on the site here, winners in the past have been those who get creative, and promote their profile on other sites / social networks (the likes of Twitter, Facebook, etc).

I was just about to post this.
He was a quite brilliant actor.
Outside of treading the boards, he established himself as one of our greatest movie actors of all time too.
"Truly, Madly, Deeply", is one of my all time favourite movies. His performance as the Sheriff of Nottingham, made Kevin Costner look like a drama student, opposite. I remember it making me cringe, the difference in talent.
And his voice... oh what a voice...
R.I.P. Alan Rickman.
He was a quite brilliant actor.

I was on the road over the holidays, with very intermittent internet access and only my iPad to write on. Got back to NYC yesterday, gave my competition piece an edit and a polish, and now it's in limbo. I hope it emerges from moderation in time to find a reader/voter or ten! This was a fun theme.
