Bad start to 2026.
So much for 2026 being a better year. 🙁

Congratulations on both 100 followers & almost 25,000 views on your stories in less than 3 months. Awesome effort. I will have to take a moment or two to read said stories. For me, I haven't written anything the last few months. It's been a bit busy with work. I have a couple stories, a few micro's & many more co-authored stories/micros. My figures are all over the place. If I just count the stories/micro's that I wrote myself then I've managed a mere 35,800 views in over 4 years. So your nearly 25,000 in less than 3 months is a wonderful achievement. My Followers number has been up & down lately; moving between 420 & 430.
I've managed to read all of the Advent Story Comp Entries. A great bunch of stories. I feel for the judges this time round. Good Luck to all who entered a story. Well done to you all.
Thanks for the tunes, Fuzzy. You never miss a beat. I always enjoy your tuunnneeeeeeeeeeeeees.
I think I will enjoy one of Da Bear's buttercream cuppycakes. Thanks Da Bear. I've missed your special treats. Can I please have a Hot Chocolate, to go? It's just ticked over midnight here. I best be making tracks & visit the land of dreams.
Hope to catch you all later. Until then Stay Safe & Have Fun. xx
Good to see you here! I see Rump liking stories here and there. I haven't seen Sara in ages.
I will join you in a buttercream cuppycake!
Home from the gym. Time to shower, write a little, mod a little, and head to the airport after lunch. Picking up my brother and sister. 😎
Many thanks for the Coke Zero, Mr Lion. Much appreciated.
Hope the new year is being kind to all y’all so far. Enjoying our last weekend before my brother arrives for his 3 month stay. First on the agenda this morning? Breakfast at Waffle House!
I’m delighted at how well my new naughty little micro is doing I hope y’all will check it out when you get a chance. 🥰😘💋

good morning all. After taking time for myself this holiday I had a chance to reflect and remember and decide what I wanted to do moving forward. I love Tennessee, but I have a lot of family back in California and I’m becoming overly depressed staying here and staring at the walls so I’ve decided to sell the house and move back to California. I’ve already spoken to my family about it and they’re very excited to give me home and with my new grand niece there I can’t wait to see her.
I’m still not sure if I’m gonna write anytime soon that’ll just be as the mood strikes but I appreciate all the support I’ve gotten from everybody here
I’m happy to hear you are making a change that will bring you closer to family, David. Hugs for you always! Drop in when the mood strikes, but DO let us know how things go when you can. 😘

Kimmi, there is a flaw with your cover! 😳 It would be the men with the heartache if they broke up with a woman as attractive (read hot & sexy) as the one portrayed on the cover. I have to say, I have no idea how you made such a wonderful cover. Now I look forward to reading your poem.
I wasn't going to drop by Rumpee's today, but I got something to celebrate: 500 Lush followers. 😊
So drinks 🍷🍺 are on me.
My wife is still in bed with the flu (or something like it), but I did make it for a couple of hours to our youngest daughter, who took over hosting our New Year's Party at short notice. Tomorrow, I will start taking our Christmas decorations down. Christmas will then be officially over for us.
Congrats! 🥂

One of FuzzyLion’s songs inspired me this morning. My first publishing of 2026 will be a poem of how one woman deals with heartache from men. The cover though was created with our own Kat in mind. I see her as a strong, sexy woman! I hope you like my cover, Kat!
Omg I love it! It’s amazing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Did someone get the name of that truck?
Or was it the name of that fuck?
Anyway or how or who … 😒
So Happy Fuckin' New Year, y'all!
Let it be gentle, and let's pray that it's a year we all remember fondly, as opposed to last year, which I think we'd all rather forget.
Thank you, Lion, for kick-starting the day – and the year, for that matter.
You are a mensch among beasts!
I have two big projects for 2026:
1) Rework and relaunch Bear and Girl, and
2) Write and publish my father's biography, tentative working title: The Hidden World.
That'll keep me a bit busy.
Later, y'all.
And take care out there!
Sending you warm thoughts, Bear. (Even though it’s only 54 degrees here).
Happy New Year!
Despite my very ornery BIL, I have been enjoying the past couple of days with my sister.
Three of us enjoyed the movie “Song Sung Blue” last night. I knew that Hugh Jackman could sing, but I didn’t know that Kate Hudson had such an incredible voice.
After sis and her hubby leave, we will start the process of taking down the Christmas tree and the decorations. unfortunately we will have to put the boxes all back in the storage pod. But in 2-3 weeks, we should have a garage door and we will be able to move those boxes to our new shelves!
I hope 2026 is starting off well for everyone! Wishing you all much love and happiness. 🥰🎉🎆🥂
Happy New Year’s Eve from the frozen tundra. Ok maybe not frozen but when I woke up to 40 degrees F (with a feels-like temperature of 35) it surely doesn't feel like the beach.
Hoping to find other ways to pass the time with my sister and her hubby. We have solid evening plans but the day was supposed to be “hang on the beach.” 🙀🥶
My sister is easy. My BIL, not so much. But the Michigan game is on at 3 so that will help.
On a serious note, my neighbor with Alzheimer’s who is in a memory care facility has reached the aggressive stage and has to be more heavily medicated. I spent time with his wife (who looks upon us as family) yesterday as she cried and admitted she's ready to be a widow. I assured her that she already is and that there is nothing wrong with wishing for his ordeal to be over.
Whatever I'm going through, I am reminded to be grateful for what I have.

Been storming here since last night but really just normal winter for us. Seems pretty minor compared to Kat's neck of the woods and dealing with hurricanes.
Pumped out 6800 words so far today for what was intended to be a Wife Lovers story. Approximately 2 paragraphs describe a steamy kiss and that's it for the sex so far. I might be doing it wrong. Having fun with it though. Maybe it will end up on the bluesite. Or more likely abandoned to the Heap of Shame.
Sounds like a steamy series in the making.
We got a bit of a reprieve this year after being hit so hard with Helene and Milton last year. To say we are grateful is an understatement. But I've experienced winter storms when I lived in Michigan, and they are no picnic either. Be safe!

Is anyone else using ProWritingAid when editing their stories? The extension is starting to annoy me. On top of not being clear with what they want you to change, they only give you 2 free credits a day per category. And I would pay the $10/month for a subscription, but I don't have much money
I don't use ProWritingAid. I tend to use either Grammarly or Quillbot to help me with punctuation and verb tense issues. (I ignore pretty much every other suggestion).
I used to teach English, but even I need a little help with proofreading now and then. 😎

Funny, I would have just edited “29” to “28” and called it good. Adding a filler story, and one that doesn’t involve Olivia - I am impressed!
I thought about changing the title. But that also meant I'd have to edit the cover pic. Plus, the story queue is closed right now, so I came up with an idea for a story that could slide in as part 28. We shall see how it goes.
I realized that I skipped the number 28 in my Hot Wife Hotel series. Since 29 picks up right where 27 left off, I am working on a story that involves another hot wife taking on one of Olivia’s clients while she's on vacation for story 28. Still working on a title since it won't be Olivia. But I have some ideas. 😉

You up for visitors, Kat? 🙄😀 This winter is just crazy here in Ontario. Snow and high wind today, cold with a chance of flurries rest of the week. How about an Irish Coffee down here?
Come on down! Although we are supposed to get a major cold snap this week. Not cold by YOUR standards but downright cold by mine.
My sister and her husband arrive tomorrow for a few days. They live two hours south of us and usually come to the beach for NYE. She called yesterday to assure me that they will still come even though it's going to be cold. 🤣
Been busy queue-slaying this morning. Modding is thirsty work. I'd love a Coke Zero.
Spent the weekend building shelves in the new garages (Ours and two of our neighbors). The garage doors won't be installed until mid-January, but we will be ready to move our stuff from the pods in the parking lot onto our wonderful new shelves as soon as they are! So excited! It's been a long year...but normal is right around the corner.
Sipping some tea and enjoying a quiet morning. Santa brought us a new garage for Christmas! We don't have a garage door yet, but the property manager said it's okay to start building shelves this weekend. We will build shelves in two of our neighbors' garages as well.
The garage door won't arrive until the third week of January, but once it is installed, we want to be able to move the stuff out of the storage pods that have been sitting in our parking lot since October 2024. To say that I'm excited is an understatement. Having the chain link fencing removed from our property before Christmas was a lovely gift! The only fencing left is around our pier.
2025 was a year of many highs and lows. I'm looking forward to 2026!
Wishing all of you a Happy New Year, too!
The wait is over...
Hot Wife Hotel - Olivia's Submissive Vacation (Part Twenty-Nine) sees Olivia having some one-on-one time with her husband, Steve. But he manages to find a way to reclaim her anyway.
Steve takes Olivia on vacation and enjoys having her all to himself for a change.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand my final story of 2025 has gone up. It's steamy couple days in the life of a gay teen as he explores his sexuality and his lust for his best friend.
Merry Christmas!
This is a really good story. I hope all y'all will give it a read over the holidays!
A gay teenager's lust for a friend leads to exploration and discovery

Oh no!!!!! That’s awful!!! 😠I remember when someone found a site years ago where someone was swiping multiple authors work from here. Please let us know what happens! I’m so sorry!!!
I was one of those authors whose stuff was posted on that site. But this is more disturbing as she is SELLING MY STORIES.
Fingers crossed that it gets taken care of.
More wine please and thanks.

Welcome back, Kat! Glad you all had fun, and we're looking forward to hearing all about it!
Well, maybe not the private parts, although that would be fun, too! 😜
Having our own cabin made it possible to have “private parts” on the cruise. But those scenes will end up in a story somewhere down the line. Lol.
The family fun was wonderful on the cruise. Our son’s family opted for staying two nights with us before they go home. (one down, one to go). But the littles are a lot. Waiting for it to warm up a bit so we can go down and have a beach day. Hard to get into trouble with sand toys. My heart is full. (but so are my hands. Haha).
We had a wonderful family cruise. So many fabulous moments! I will treasure that time forever.
I'm back on dry land and still have my son's family with us until tomorrow morning.
I know I have several comp stories from Rumpies to read, and I will get to them in the next day or so.
Bear and Ape for sure... if there are others I missed, drop me a message.
I am not back to modding until tomorrow.
😘

Morning all, coffee to start my day. It's been such a hot summer so far and the four year old is so into the beach. I've hit pause on the competition story I mentioned in my last post; I can't find the energy after Sunday's tragedy at Bondi. But I will try and read a few more stories later in the week. Take care out there.
Such a senseless tragedy. 😔

Hi Rumpies
I’m with you, Annie. Such horrible events in the news lately. I have trouble handling such hate in the world. Big hugs to you!
I hope you get the urge to enter the comp, David. I always love your entries!
I’m outta town at my company office. Will return home tmrw evening. My performance review is tmrw afternoon. I’m going in yelling, “Show Kimmi the money!”
I submitted a weird Christmas story to SS. An even weirder creepy ass Christmas story is in my head and I may write it up, too. I deleted my comp entry here after publishing. Just not feeling like being in a comp right now. There are some super duper entries though!
I’m bummed you deleted your comp story. I really enjoyed it.
I will have to get over to SS to read that story on our way to pick up my son and his family from the airport tomorrow morning. 😎
