The performance is from an Australian-based band called Equus.
Bukhchuluun Ganburged (the singer), is a world-renown throat singer and plays the Morin Khuur (horsehead fiddle). Equus describes themselves as a Mongolian and Middle Eastern fusion with improvisational elements. You can find their website here.
To quote from their site, the others are:
"Australian musicians John Robinson (Oud, Turkish Baglama, guitar) and Peter Kennard (Percussion), as well as Double bass extraordinaire Bertie McMahon. This music is about meetings, of people and traditions, and of musics."
