Its a great feat, but in all honestly, what usually happens is that the defeated brigade often go other routes in an effort to win a race when one horse is this dominant (18 starters in the Derby, 8 in the Preakness and the Belmont). It happened here when a horse called Black Caviar won every race she went in, 25 out of 25, including a win at Royal Ascot against the best sprinters the world could throw at her. What I do like is that the owners have decided to continue to race him. Race followers want to see the best horses continue to race, not be retired and sold off. This kinda robs the fans of seeing the best horses continuing to race, so kudos to the owners for doing that. And nice win Buz.

It might be better buying a second hand mid-range one instead, although you don't get any guarantees it isn't faulty.
Have it serviced. Get a shutter count and the overall condition will be your guide as to how its been treated. Your lens is going to be your investment, the bodies might come and go.

Actually, I forgot about this line. The D40 up to the D90 were all great cameras. For me though, I love the addition of the LCD on the top of the body were all the settings are displayed rather than using viewfinder, I'd feel naked without mine, and no one wants that. Ok, so its been many years since I have looked into camera gear not having to make any new purchases myself, so when it comes to what is the best at the moment, I'm not sure what the answer is to that. The model you have linked is the old Rebel line or 300-600D (or wherever they stopped the numerical order). They are entry level DSLR's, but if you are really looking to get serious, I would not waste money on something entry level that you may grow out of. Most these days have umpteen mega-pixels (its all a marketing wank if you ask me), and the ability to record HD video. Again, its a camera, not a device to shoot video. At least you are aware that the important thing too remember is its the lens that makes the quality of the image, then its the photographers ability to frame it. To be honest, I would not be looking at anything new. Those smaller cameras are not very robust, whilst they might be in your price range. Im not a Canon fan, although, their L series lenses are very good, and very expensive. I would look at a Nikon, and just so you know, I dont own one of those either. I would look at a used D200 or D300. They are more prosumer and once you hold one and feel the built quality, you will not be looking at any of the entry levels. Then you just need a lens, and this is where Nikon has it over Canon. Canon's standard lenses are rubbish. I just did some photos for work and used a workmates Canon and I could not get good photos, in any light. I had to use my own, and I have compared other scenes taken with standard Canon lenses and they just dont measure up which is why Canon make the L series so good, and so freaking expensive.
See if you can stretch the budget a little further. Find a good used body in good condition, even have it serviced, and then launch into a good 24-70mm lens even if it is made by Tamron or Sigma. I would lean towards the Sigma, something with built in VR and focus. Just as an example, this is a steal.

So I went through my emails and unsubscribed to a bunch of travel websites (Venere, Lastminute, Expedia etc) because I got jack of their spamming ways. Well, just because I dont need your services any more, it does not give you the right to hand over my details via the automated unsubscribe process, to the next spamming website as payback for cancelling yours. So, now I am getting a bunch of emails daily from websites I have never even heard of, and I think its way too much of a coincidence that this has started after blocking your offers. "We will not share your personal information with anyone". What a bunch of fucking bullshit. You are all parasites, anything to make a quick, easy buck..fucking assholes.

Its only for stories. Anyone could sign out and back in as a guest and still read your stories. I think its being a little melodramatic that you dont want someone to read your stories because you had a falling out. You cant stop them. The block feature stops them from contacting you. That's it...and that should be enough.

The weather has been nothing short of diabolical here. The Heavens opened up on Sunday, and today, Wednesday, it is still bucketing down and it has not stopped for a minute, until a few hours ago. It would have been possible to trade the car for a jetski this week. I dont ever remember a storm system hitting and it lasting this long. Up where Gav is usually wears the brunt of this kind of system and I'm sure the emergency services are doing all they can to restore power and services to those who have been cut off. I would like to see an option added to where I can block my friends "Likes" to comments made on their stories. It can tend to remove a lot of other activity that I might not have gotten a chance to see. Yeah, I know there is the timeline, but I really dont use that as I would rather see recent activity on my profile page without other stuff shuffling it out.
