Authors : What are you working on?

After being away for some time, I have been reading some stories, looking for the inspiration to want to write. There is an idea that has been inspired by a friend that I'm playing around with in between work and dealing with other things; it's slow going. I'm looking to write something different, but not exactly sure what that is yet.

‘Taken’ was another in chain of edgy, seduction/reluctance and stories I've written since my return. I enjoy writing those a great deal, but my next will, literally, return me to my roots.

Summer of Love is an unpublished story I wrote almost 15 years ago, created specifically for one young man who wanted to impress his girlfriend. After giving it to him, he vanished from Lush and I just held the story in my archive.

Now, it's time to release it. It's a sweet, romantic take of first love wholly different than what I write today

I only need to write stories in Steampunk, Cross dressing and Watersports to get the coveted omnium badge. Steampunk is going well, the others less so!

Although, for fun, 🙄 I am doing it the hard way, as I am writing a novel that links all but two genres I have left to write a story in. ATM: I have just Teen, Medical, and Mind Control to go, plus Cuckold – currently in the mod queue (first part).

You reminded me, I once wrote a whole series to tick off the craziest genres! Mind control, supernatural and horror etc!

I'm still working on the end of my chapter. Proving a struggle due to the nature of content which isn't sexual. I know how it originally happens, wrote a heavily readacted version and now having to bring that back again so it's alluded to without description... Ehh... It's my own fault for not having a regular love story and a well-rounded, functioning M.C.

Ummmmm I’m editing an old story. It’s going slow af but I’m finally starting to like it. Hoping to get it out this month

I recently wrote a femdom story (which I will likely post in the next couple of weeks, as I have a couple waiting for approval)

This is a fun forum, I think, creeping on what all of you are up to lol.

Right now, I'm waiting on a new series' first chapter to be approved; it's a "wife lovers" series. My vision for it is to follow the lives of 4 wives with different socioeconomic factors/marital hardships, and of course, their messy sex lives. It's kind of an experiment for me to see if I am good at writing characters older than myself. Just trying to branch out of my comfort zone. I've done some character and plot sketching, and so far I really like my concept and ideas, so we'll see if other people do too lol.

I also have two other fictional series in the works, both with two chapters published at this time. One being an IF series (which, I know, isn't everyone's vibe) following a family and well, you know. Then my other series is called "Sweet 16," and it's more about the awkwardness of first intimacy and navigating romantic/sexual relationships for the first time. I like my stories to have an essence of realness to them and also a bit of camp to them, and maybe play into stereotypes because who doesn't love a little bit of cringe? At least, that's how I think, anyway.

I rotate between writing chapter updates for these and exploring one-offs with flash erotica stories/my MRM series, which is based on true events. I really love writing short stories, and pushing myself to write within that 1000-word count is a lot of fun for me. I think for my next one I want to try something maybe more dark romance vibe... so I've been looking for inspiration there and trying to navigate the consent aspects of that since I know I want it to be more of a CNC vibe (again, totally get that's not everyone's thing).

Anyway, I'll stop babbling...

Okay, I've finally submitted it. Spent the last 3 days toying with the ending in a variety of ways. I hope it'll be fine. I'm not looking forward to my next task of getting the later chapter titles and numbers repaired. I think there's around 22 of them I need to do 😑 Might as well fix some minor issues too. The format of messages between characters in particular are not consistant. Also need to add in a small part I skipped because it had no context to mean anything to readers.

I'm trying to get into steampunk. I have a short story I'm working on under my other name. It's not erotica, though.

I wrote a story about a teen dude who gets with his trans neighbor. Now that the whatever seems to be settled, I'm gonna resubmit it today.

I'm currently editing an old chapter. Fighting against the urge to do a complete deletion because I don't want to spend too much time on it. Original plan was to add in the small part I didn't include but it's annoying me to the point I keep doing lots of little tweaks 😑

I really need to get on with the other chapter that's been sitting unfinished for 4 years while I filled in the 15 back chapters.

I’m working on four stories at once and my brain doesn’t seem to want to let me finish any of them. 😳

But maybe today will be the day I am able to complete a story. Who knows. 🤷‍♀️

Life just keeps getting me derailed. But I’m gonna go spend some time with my youngest and her new hubby so maybe it will help clear my mind. 😎

Been working on a story about a naughty milf having some fun with her daughter’s Girl Scout uniform. But I was waylaid a few days ago. I was given an order to write a short erotic story based on some very specific parameters during my lunch break. I turned that in, then cleaned it up and submitted it.

She’s given me a few prompts like that before, but this one was the first with rigid parameters. Given some key things she wants to happen. Given a small time frame to complete it. Honestly I think I need a sim with a deadline for all my future project to keep things coming out at a regular pace.

I bit the bullet and wrote out a short (1300 words) story in the one genre I have no time for today, watersports. IF stories always come across as too ridiculous to bother or offend me, but watersports is, frankly, gross. Two more to omnium now!

Screw it, the (censored) element has opened a plotline I just have to explore. Brace yourselves. Interestingly, this story is going to be kind of front-loaded, hot and heavy to start but plotty later. Or so it seems.

Working on outlines for three stories simultaneously, all three about ready to start actually writing:

• Midlife Renewal: Cock 1, in which I help a friend restore a classic Mach 1 Mustang. And other things.

• Scandalous Sixties, following on my recent Secret Sixties contest entry. Apparently, Diane did hear Jerry and me talking, and she wants in.

• Beaches and Cream, a rugged outdoor (and sexual) adventure on the wilderness coast of Olympic National Park.

No time crunch on these, except that Scandalous Sixties is Christmas-themed, so I'd like to get it done within the next month. Also for Christmas, I plan to finish a holiday-themed poem that I started on during the Small Moments poetry comp earlier this year.

I've got a steampunk story going . But I was thinking today it's time for a new competition. Hopefully the Lush bosses will have one up their sleeves soon!

I'm thinking that too. Most years we see something holiday-related around now.

Editing a group story currently that I drafted in early 2023.

Got 3 stories ready to submit over the next few weeks once the final chapter of My Daughters Best Friend goes live.. one is a facesitting story about a girl with a nose ring and then there is a wife lovers story about a woman and her paraplegic husband and how she lets him watch her seduce young women and then a historical story about a Rake who seduces a scullery maid and ruins her life, though there is a twist, of course.

Part seven has now been submitted; it's called Jerking for the Weekend. You may know that after a vasectomy, the patient needs to ejaculate a bunch of times over the next few months to flush out any lingering sperm. Well, our boy Kevin is finally ready to submit a sample to the fertility lab.

I've been struggling with part eight, though; my usual m.o. is to have a flash of inspiration, write the entire story in under 24 hours, then make numerous but minimal edits before publishing. I'd say my final draft is usually 95% identical to my first draft.

However, this is one of the rare stories that has too many competing ideas and I need to take things slowly and decide what should be included and what needs to be cut. The 1987 plot was getting bogged down in non-sexy stuff, so I used the old "find your grandma's raunchy diary from 50+ years ago" trope—I'm assuming that's a trope?—to inject some action into the story, and it completely took over. This essentially allowed me to write a bonus epilogue chapter for my 1926 epic, All That Jizz, which is also stalled, and I'm enjoying the challenge of writing 2k words that sound plausible as a diary entry but also make you want to read them with one hand down your pants.

I will also need to decide on a category for part eight. (Wife Lovers? Cuckold? Threesomes? Anal? Historical?) I'm leaning towards Cuckold because the theme is "Please secretly impregnate me during the threesome with my husband." Pregnancy risk is not my usual kink, so I'm not likely to write a more Cuckold-y story than this one.

I gave up. The story is getting written but with a different set of character relationships.

Meanwhile, I'm contemplating a big change to my ongoing major work (12,000+ words and going, this is probably headed for novella territory) that I think will resolve some struggles I am having with it. I have been kind of hung on a character and situation that dates to an early conception of the story. That conception no longer sits well with what I am doing with the story now, so I'm trying something different. We shall see.
