"How sensitive" is a subjective term. I've had ladies tug and twist mine until I thought they were gonna pull them off and it hurt, but just enough to turn me on. Other times, I've been on the way to a sexual rendezvous and found to my amazement that my nipples were like little hard knots of flesh, all tingly and shit. I don't think guy nipples are similar to a woman's nipples in that way. They are sensitive to pain but, for me anyway, my groin area doesn't get tingly when my nips are played with. Nipple play really doesn't do anything for me.

I think it depends on the guy. I like Mine sucked, but it is something I rarely think about though.
