I don't know if it is making a comeback or not, but I do know that my current boyfriend doesn't shave, hell, he doesn't even trim. He isn't super hairy, but just enough that I don't like it. When I'm giving a sloppy wet blow job and there is a mess of wet hair in the way, it makes it really gross. That's just how I feel about it. I really wish people would shave/trim. -.-
